Design/methodology/approach - A combination of the PRISMA framework and thematic analysis was applied and allowed for a reliable synthesis of the literature on coaching techniques and their implications for workplace well-being. Findings - Coaching techniques have been found to have a significant positive impact on various dimensions of well-being. The findings underscore the effectiveness of workplace coaching as a valuable tool for improving overall well-being and enhancing the quality of life and work experience for individuals in the workplace. Originality/value - By bringing together and analyzing a wide range of literature on coaching techniques and their impact on workplace well-being, this research is contributing to the existing body of knowledge by offering valuable insights into the effectiveness of different coaching approaches and their specific outcomes.
