This research utilizes a literature review and a thematic analysis of the PRISMA boolean strategy to identify and analyze relevant studies and data sources. The aim is to identify the offerings, business models, and impact on employee well-being of current providers and contrasts it with information compiled from the research papers to discover the gaps in the provision of digital mental health care, their impact, and their improvement opportunities based on how mental health impacts the workplace and how it should be treated, hence the analysis of prior studies.
