For some companies, it is doing miracles but for others, it is creating chaos. This paper focuses on how a diverse set of employees and management impact the organization's performance. The study is conducted by secondary and primary research data collection methodology. Secondary research is conducted in the form of reviewing literature by exploring past research, journals, articles, books, and websites to get significant knowledge about the subject and explore the positive and negative effects of the same. A case study of the company Accenture is also included to get a glimpse of how companies manage workforce diversity and what strategies they used to improve it. The primary research is conducted via google form to know what do the employees think of diversity in their organization. There are 120 responses collected from the survey that are modified in MS Excel and then further analyzed in SPSS for specific results, visualization and interpretation.
