The collected data will be analyzed using SPSS to identify any notable characteristics related to stress and motivation among different demographic groups in the sample. The results will be discussed in relation to the reviewed literature. In conclusion, this research provides a comprehensive understanding of stress and motivation among Higher Educators in Germany.
