Item Restricted A systematic literature review on the impact of water security on sustainable economic growth(2024) Drobotov, Denys; Glarou, Despoina; Villegas, Erick Behar; Faculty of Business Administration; Berlin International University of Applied SciencesAUTHOR-SUPPLIED ABSTRACT: The generative predefined transformers (GPTs) are becoming important in today's business having influence on various aspects of business. GPTs can process large volumes of unstructured text data. This thesis is aimed to analyze how business models based on GPT contribute to the financial health of companies. The main objective of the study is to define the impact of the applying of GPT technologies on different spheres of business such as Human resources, Customer interactions, financial analysis, Automatization and Marketing to understand how it impacts on key factors of financial health. Firstly, From the literature review was understood that GPT is already used in lots of companies for improving customer service by creating intelligent chatbots. Secondly, the key advantage is the ability to automate routine processes and tasks. Finally, it improves productivity by applying it in HR and marketing. Moreover, was defined that the effective use of GPT in business models can significantly improve the financial well-being of enterprises, ensuring their competitiveness and market stability in the modern business environment. However, despite the significant benefits, there are also risks associated with data confidentiality and ethical aspects of the use of AI. That’s why was mentioned to discuss these topics: • The role of GPTs in business. • Identification of the most popular GPTs integrated into the business model. • Analysis of business models that have successfully integrated GPT. • Possible risks of implementing the GPT in the business model. It is important to note that integration a GPT into business processes can lead to financial stability of the company and reduce amount of work did by departments for focusing on more important taskItem Restricted Architectural impact on accessibility and quality of life for individuals with disabilities(2024) Lautsch, Finia Julia Marie; Aquilar, Giorgia; Staudinger, Lukas; Faculty of Architecture and Design; Berlin International University of Applied SciencesItem Restricted Brand experience in a non-place in Berlin(2024) Schack, Julie Claudi; Brünjes, Katrin; Starck, Adrian von; Faculty of Architecture and Design; Berlin International University of Applied SciencesItem Restricted Giving an overview of the most important tools that designers/architects use and how these impact the final product. The analysis has been performed using both quantitative and qualitative methods, taking as a reference the statistical database of safety occurrences and industry performance indicators from the Colombian Civil Aviation Authority (UAEAC), insights from an expert interview in the aviation field, and an extensive scientific literature review. The review has adapted the strategic decision-making process (SDMP) structure, identifying influencing factors from the MRO industry context and safety performance indicators analysis, according to an acceptable level of safety performance parameters established by UAEAC. The adapted SDMP also incorporates the human factors analysis using the SHELL model, which examines the interactions between the individuals and the environment in the aircraft MRO context. The study's results have contributed to the proposal of a comprehensive framework, designed as an Aviation Risk Assessment Matrix Indicator System (ARAMIS) which assesses the relevant factors to evaluate the entry into the Colombian aircraft MRO industry. As conclusion, the proposed framework ARAMIS allows for identifying required information for analysis and establishing assessment parameters to determine opportunities, an approach that enhances the decision-making process for aviation organizations entering the Colombian marketItem Restricted Study on a design of modular pavilions to alleviate urban overcrowding and poor living conditions through transformative technologies(2024) Bae, Yeonjin; Pöğün-Zander, Yüksel; Tubles, John; Faculty of Architecture and Design; Berlin International University of Applied SciencesItem Restricted The Integration of Artificial Intelligence in Interior Architecture : Benefits, Limitations and Best Practices(2024) Pipinic, Aleksandra Patricija; Köknar, Sait Ali; Tubles, John; Faculty of Architecture and Design; Berlin International University of Applied Sciences
