Employing a quantitative approach, data were gathered through closed-ended questionnaires conducted among professionals in various industries. The study specifically focused on four dimensions in regards to new ways of working, time and location independence, management of output, access to organizational knowledge and flexibility in working relations. The primary objective was to understand the correlations between new ways of working, and their impact on employee engagement. By analyzing how these facets interact with engagement, the research enables a more comprehensive understanding of these dynamics.
