dc.description.abstractAbstract The past few years' supply chain disruptions made companies think about new approaches to prevent them. Procurement Nerve Center is there not only to avoid supply chain disruptions but also to improve future resilience. This research aims to review existing literature on the Procurement Nerve Center approach and Cross- functional teams; identify and classify a broad set of actions which companies can take to stabilize and prevent supply chain disruptions; compare the Procurement Nerve Center approach and set of levers with the practical example of ib vogt GmbH an EPC company. A semi-structured approach for in-depth interviews were conducted with the company's procurement department member to collect data. Later it was analyzed with the use of template analysis. The research shows on how approach of Procurement Nerve Center works, which set of levers are effective in different periods, in the context of this specific company.
