| dc.description.abstract | The set designs in films has contributed to rising impressions of creativity on screen. And the approach to screen design of the two most prominent film industries, Hollywood and Bollywood, promotes dynamism in the industry. Exploring the possibilities of analysing similarities and differences in Hollywood and Bollywood will provide insights into the aesthetics of cinema through mise-en-scene analysis and its role in a movie. Previous studies focused on the impact of remakes and adaptation theories, depictions of architectural spaces on screen to provide views into obsession and aesthetic traditions. These studies have been utilized to better examine the visual language used to communicate on screen. This is followed by an in-depth analysis of set design in films as case studies in order to comprehend its relevance in the movies | en |
