The study uses a mixed-method approach, combining online surveys and interviews to gather a deeper understanding of the issue. Survey participants from Berlin's private universities answered questions about technostress, well-being, and academic performance. Alumni network students provided detailed responses in interviews. The online survey and interview results are analysed and summarised. The paper concludes with recommendations for universities to address technostress and suggests future research directions. This research contributes to a better understanding of technostress among students and focuses on the need to balance technology's benefits and challenges in higher education.
