The tourism sector, which keeps social, political and economic relations alive on an international scale, is very quickly affected by the developments in the world. A new epidemic that emerged by the end of 2019 is the Covid-19 virus. Not knowing how long this epidemic will continue and in what direction it will progress has also caused concern in the tourism sector. In this research, how the tourism sector, which has shown a very high decline in Germany, is affected and the measures that can be taken are evaluated. The research question of this study is that What kind of measures can be taken in economic policies to overcome the decreasing tourism revenues that emerged in the EU and Germany during the Covid-19 period in the tourism industry? Various data on the five largest economies of the European Union (Germany, England, France, Italy, Spain) are analyzed in the research. In this way, the relations between the variables were examined by using the simple correlation analysis method by evaluating the data of the countries. When the findings are evaluated, the income loss experienced in the tourism sector has negative consequences on macroeconomic indicators and negatively affects the economy of the country. It is concentrated explicitly on three airlines: Ryanair, Wizz Air, and EasyJet. The main focus is looking at the challenges the companies and their customers faced at three different times: beginning, peak, and end of the Coronavirus Crisis. It will give briefly give the overviews of those companies and define Crisis Management. Three cases of the companies and how they manage the situation with crisis and will look at their interaction with their customers at three different times. Template analysis and 4Ps will be applied to analyze the data and come up with the results, conclusions, recommendations.
