Objective: This study investigates the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout among football coaches in Berlin. Constant dealing with people and stress that football coaches experience can increase levels of burnout. The main goal of this study is to explore whether job satisfaction can minimize the risk of burnout. Methodology: This research uses a quantitative approach in order to collect and analyze data to discover how the job satisfaction levels correlate with levels of burnout among football coaches in Berlin. This study uses a survey as a research technique to collect data from Berlin football coaches about job satisfaction and burnout. Findings: From the sample of 55 participants it was discovered that there is a negative significant correlation between job satisfaction and burnout among football coaches in Berlin. However, there was no significant relationship between workload factors and burnout as well as age and burnout. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study emphasized the importance of keeping the football coaches satisfied to minimize their risk of job burnout. By examining the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout, the study contributes to the existing literature and knowledge about this relevant topic and lets other researchers delve further into it. iiien
