Abstract
"[T]he aim of this paper is the development and design of an adaptable and personalizable kindergarten interior for children between 4 and 6 that enhances the influence of children on the design of the interior. The adaptable interior will provide stimulating elements and offer the possibility to personalize and change parts of their physical surroundings. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to answer the following questions: 1. How can children actively influence interior spaces in kindergarten? 2. How does the interior stimulate and limit the influence of the children? 3. How can adaptability and personalizability of the interior be enhanced to enhance the influence of children on their environment?"
