AUTHOR-SUPPLIED ABSTRACT: Abstract: This research focuses on the systematic literature review of blockchain technologies and their applications in the luxury sector. It analyzes the impact of blockchain-enabled technologies on LVMH's business model. The luxury sector faces various challenges that can potentially be addressed using distributed ledger technologies. Information sharing and storage are critical for both brands and consumers, and optimizing these processes can elevate luxury standards. Blockchain technologies, including NFTs and Metaverse, among others, have diverse applications that can transform the business models of the luxury sector by enabling new revenue streams, communication channels, and enhancing LVMH's value proposition.
