The interviews capture the perspectives of males and females regarding the difficulties women have encountered and their strategies for dealing with these issues. Originality/value- By shedding light on the specific dynamics and experiences of women in this particular setting, this thesis contributes to the existing literature on female entrepreneurship and the influence of power dynamics in the workplace.
